Marvin Mowatt,CPA, LIFA
Managing partner
Marvin earned his undergraduate degree from Pace University,
where he received the university's trustee academic scholarship. He
is a licensed CPA in New York (since January 1990) and Florida. He
has over 22 years experience, and has worked in the
financial services industry, including working as a financial
analyst for Merrill Lynch and Co.
Marvin is also a Licensed International Financial Analyst
and a member of the International Research Association (IRA).
Patricia Penrose, CPA,MBA
Managing partner
Patricia is a Certified Public Accountant, certified in the State
of New York, with over twenty (22) years experience in accounting,
auditing, taxation and other financial services. She is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Patricia
holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham
University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
from Pace University. Patricia began her career at the accounting
firm of Arthur Andersen in New York and subsequently moved to JP
Morgan Chase where she worked as a Senior Audit Analyst. In
addition, she was the Assistant to the Controller at Sumitomo Trust
Bank and VP of Accounting Policies at Calyon Investment Bank.
